Dozens of South Korean Defence Ministry officials have been put into self-isolation after a three-year-old boy, who attended a Ministry-run day care centre, tested positive for COVID-19, officials said on Monday.
The boy was confirmed to have the COVID-19 virus on Sunday following the infection of a teacher at the nursery located inside the Ministry compound in central Seoul, the Yonhap News Agency quoted the officials as saying. “The child”s parents tested negative,” deputy spokesperson Col.
