District Collector Celebrated Children’s Day with Differently Abled Children

District collector K Muhammad Y Sherifulla celebrated Children’s day with 28 differently abled children. The children from Elamakkara Government HSS, their parents and teachers together went for metro train journey and Oberon mall visit as part of the children’s day celebrations.
Health standing committee chairperson V.K Minimol flagged off the journey at Changampuzha Park yesterday morning 11. After the journey to Aluva, the team was received at Oberon mall by District collector K Muhammad Y Sherifulla, Oberon group chairman M.A Muhammad, managing director M.M Sufaire and PTA president M.N. Unnikrishnan. Collector said that the activities from the part of Elamakkara Government HSS and Oberon group to up bring the differently abled children are quite appreciable. The session also witnessed various programs of the children. The day was coordinated by Oberon mall as part of their corporate social responsibility initiatives.
