Not being funded by the Kochi Corporation, the project is being undertaken by Foundation for Restoration of National Values (FRNV) with the financial assistance of various organizations.
On the occasion of receiving cheque from Kochauseph Chittilppilly, E. Sathyanarayanan, senior partner of Varma & Varma chattered accountants and Dr. Devika Menon, convener of FRNV were there at the occasion.
