By NE Reporter on September 11, 2017

    KOCHI:
Puravankara Ltd, one of the largest residential builders in the country, is known for positive disruption in the industry. Technology is taking the front seat, is driving most businesses and Puravankara sees the opportunity to leverage the digital world.
Leading the march, Puravankara announces its ambitious online Home Fest Big 72 hrs starting from 15th to 17th September 2017. This innovative campaign offering a gamut of options to the home buyers to choose as per their need.
Speaking on the campaign Ashish R Puravankara, Managing Director, Puravankara Ltd said, “Big 72 hrs home fest is one of our most ambitious campaigns with the sole objective to offer the best to the home buyers by breaking all physical barriers. It is a seamless partnership between online customer acquisition and offline offerings, to widen our reach. Through this overtly online campaign we are expecting to close two lakh hits. Thus we have set an ambitious target of selling close to 1000 units in three days.
The fest not only promises the guaranteed best offers regarding project pricing and loans but also gives multiple options to the buyers to select homes as per their budget or requirement – ready to move in or under construction, luxury or premium affordable homes. Leveraging digital transformation will be key to future selling strategy for the real estate Industry, and I am glad that Puravankara is one of the first movers” he added.
The ‘Big 72 hrs Home fest’ is simultaneously being held both online and offline through on ground events. The on-ground home fest in Bangalore and Chennai is from 15th to 17th Sept-17, at Hotel Lalit Ashok and Hotel Hyatt Regency respectively.
The home buyers can go online and buy Big 72 online refundable vouchers by paying Rs.720 and block the Big 72 Hours home prices for an entire month. It is one of its kind home carnival where Puravankara will be showcasing all the projects from Puravankara (luxury homes), Provident (premium affordable homes) and its commercial properties as well. The fest not only brings all the projects under one roof also promises a plethora of exciting offers to each home buyer. During these three days, there will be plenty of exciting deals for the projects with prices expected to be offered at the lowest point in the recent months, spot and surprise offerings and much more to fetch on. Recognising the potential of the fest, ICICI Bank has come on board as the event’s banking partner and are also curating some special home loan offers just for BIG 72.
