Cygnett Hotels & Resorts, a leading chain of hotels and resorts in India organized a ‘Momentum 2018’ homed in on to discuss the expectation of the hospitality industry.
It was purposed to share the market orientation to determine the right business strategy, the problem-solution approach, industry forecast, and the plan of the hotel leading to the growth of the hotel with the growing business. The event themed as ‘Adding steam and purpose to Cygnett’s Journey’ happened at Cygnett Inn Krishna, Nepal.
The three-day long affair was a convergence of events like a workshop, GM conclave, review meeting, budget and goal setting program bringing the leaders from the entire hotels under one umbrella. The context behind organizing the workshop is to provide opportunities to all the leaders to set up a goal for the next financial year and discuss issues dealing with the changing economic and competitive environment from the perspective of the managers and the leaders. The event is a yearly fiesta that Cygnett organizes to motivate their employee by giving out awards recognized as Best Performing GM, Trip Advisor Excellence Reward, and Development Manager of the Year award.
