Classes for the short term course (three months) in MATLAB, a high-performance language for technical computing conducted by School of Engineering, Cochin University of Science and Technology will commence on 11 th October.
MATLAB integrates computing, visualization and programming in an easy-to-use environment where problems and solutions are expressed in familiar mathematical notation. MATLAB is the standard instructional tool for introductory and advance courses in mathematics, engineering and science. Undergraduates /Post Graduates /Research scholars in Engineering and Science and students can apply.
The course curriculum includes understanding MATLAB fundamentals, data processing and visualizing, signal processing and image processing with MATLAB . The highlights of the course are CUSAT Certificate, MATLAB software and license, free reference material and high-speed internet, seminars in association with MathWorks, etc. The course will be conducted as two batches (10.00 am- 12.30 pm, 5.00 pm to 7.30 pm on all Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays).
