After being postponed for the last 2 years owing to the COVID-19 pandemic, CREDAI Kochi finally kicked off its 29th edition of CREDAI Kochi Property Expo.
The Expo was inaugurated by Jafar Malik, Ernakulam District Collector in the presence of CREDAI officials and other dignitaries. CREDAI Kochi Property Expo 2022 is organized by the Kochi chapter of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI). The Expo is supported by the State Bank of India, the preferred banking partner of the Expo.
CREDAI Kochi Property Expo 2022 showcases over 100+ projects by 22 prominent builders across various desired locations in Kochi. The Expo is ongoing at Chakolas Pavilion Centre, Opposite Kalamassery Decathlon, Kochi from 10 am to 8 pm. The event will continue till July 24th. Major financial institutions are participating in the expo providing easy home loans at lower interest rates to home buyers. The Expo also features a unique display of vintage and classic
cars.
