The fifth edition of the State conference of Credai Kerala, the State chapter of Credai (Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association Of India), the apex body of Real Estate Developers in India, will be held at Grand Hyatt, Kochi on March 6 th and 7 th , 2020.
The two day conference ‘Statecon, 2020’, will be inaugurated by the Governor of Kerala, Arif Mohammad Khan, on 6 th March at 10.30 Am. Credai National President, Sathish Magar will be the Guest of Honor. Credai Kerala Chairman, KrishnaKumar, Secretary General, M.V.Antony, Conference Chairman Haseeb Ahammed, Credai South India Vice President Nagaraj Reddy, and ANAROCK Group Chairman, Anuj Puri will participate at the inaugural function.
The theme of the fifth edition of the conference will be “Nurturing Ambitions Reviving Hopes’. ANAROCK Group, India’s leading specialized real estate service company with diversified interest across the real estate value chain is associating with Credai Kerala, as the Knowledge Partner for the StateCon,2020. ANAROCK will be unveiling a White Paper on the Kerala Real Estate scenario, at the conference. Eminent Speakers and senior professionals from the Real Estate industry and finance and marketing sectors will address the gathering and share their experiences on the technology, finance and marketing.
The two days conference will be power packed with sessions related to RERA, Affordable Luxury Housing, Financing options, CRZ, Online and offline marketing and Rise of Alternatives in Realty sector. The conference also aims at strengthening ties, building new relationships, discuss various issues pertaining to the sector, exchange ideas and promote cooperation among the members and various stakeholders of construction industry.
Over 300 representatives from five city chapters of the state – Kochi, Trivandrum, Thrissur, Calicut and Palakkad – will attend the conference. Apart from this another 100 delegates from related fields including Architects, Structural consultants, Practicing engineers, MEP consultants, Contracting companies and Trade bodies like CII, BAI, KMA, IAA, IPA etc will also attend the conference.
