THIRUVANANTHAPURAM:
The city-based Centre for Innovation in Science and Social Action (CISSA) will organise a one-day training programme on Korean Natural Farming on October 26 at the CISSA office in Vellayambalam.
The Korean Natural Farming method uses indigenous microbial organisms for soil preparation without using pesticides or herbicides to produce fertile soils that yield high output. No chemical fertilizers or cow manure are used in this farming method.
The training session will be held from 10.00 AM to 5.00 PM at CISSA’s USRA-55, Udarasiromani Road, Vellayambalam, office. Advance registration for the training programme can be done by paying Rs 300. For more details, contact on 9447410133, 0471-2722151.
