Change in Composition of Trains

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM:
The coach composition of the following trains will be revised as detailed below.
One General Second Class Coach will be removed from and One Sleeper Class Coach will be added to Chennai Central – Thiruvananthapuram – Chennai Central & Chennai Central – Alappuzha – Chennai Central express trains.
From 15th July 2018, Train No.12695 Chennai Central – Thiruvananthapuram central express and Train No 22639 Chennai Central-Alappuzha superfast express will operate with one additional sleeper class coach in lieu of one general second class coach.
From 16th July 2018, Train No 12696 – Thiruvananthapuram central-Chennai Central superfast express and Train No 22640 Alappuzha – Chennai Central superfast express will operate with one additional sleeper class coach in lieu of one general second class coach.
The revised composition of the trains will be AC 2-tier – 2, AC 3-tier – 4, Sleeper Class – 13, General Second Class – 2 & Luggage-cum-brake van – 2 coaches.
