    KOCHI:
In its effort to promote digital bus travel, Chalo has introduced a Welcome offer for its users during the Christmas season. The new Super Saver Plan is applicable for first time users of the Chalo App and Chalo Card in Kochi and Kottayam. This one-time offer entitles bus users to 10 trips on any route for just ₹50 on all tickets up to ₹15. Chalo is extending this special treat during the festive season to encourage the bus users in Kottayam and Kochi to experience the convenience of digital ticketing. The validity of the plan is 15 days.

How To Avail the Offer on the Chalo App: Simply download the Chalo App and find the offer in the ‘Bus Pass’ section of the app. Select the ‘Super Saver ₹50’, enter your details, and make an online payment of ₹50 via UPI, debit or credit card, net banking, etc. to purchase the plan. Once you board the bus, press ‘Start a trip’. Tap your phone on the ticket machine for validation. On successful validation, you will get the digital receipt for your trip on the app itself. The entire transaction is cashless and paperless! The plan will be available for sale from 19 December 2022.

How to Avail the Offer on the Chalo Card: Buy a new Chalo Card from the bus conductor or your nearest Chalo Centre and load the new Super Saver plan on the card. Then just tap the card on the conductor’s machine to pay for your trip. As a special bonus, bus travellers get a 50% off on the new card fee. It will be available at a discounted price of ₹30 in both Kottayam and Kochi.

The offer is available exclusively for Chalo App and Chalo Card users. It is applicable for all users who have never bought a Super Saver plan or a digital ticket on the Chalo App or through the Chalo Card before.

Benefits Of The Offer: With this plan, users who are making digital payments for the first time can take 10 trips over a period of 15 days. The offer can be availed on any route for tickets up to ₹15 in private buses in both Kochi and Kottayam.
