Ushering the Christmas season Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty organised the annual cake mixing ceremony in collaboration with ‘Rajagiri Outreach’ on 25th of October. As special guests 20 students of Rajagiri Outreach program participated in the event along with social media influencers, chefs and employees of the hotel.
The ceremony was driven by Pastry Chef Renil Jacob and the festive Christmas cake mixture included an interesting array of dry fruits, nuts, fresh fruit juices and premium spirits. Cake mixing is a celebratory event that brings people together to mark the start to the festive season. We’ve used premium quality spices and dry fruits and spirits to get the best cakes of the season,” says Chef Renil Jacob
