Ingredients:
Brown Sugar 340gms
Walnuts 115gms
Chocolate Chips 115gms
Ground Cinnamon 3gms
Cocoa Powder 3gms
Cake Batter:
Salt 5gms
Flour 680gms
Baking Powder 10gms
Baking Soda 4gms
Soft Butter 455gms
Granulated Sugar 455gms
Egg 455gms
Vanilla extract 3gms
Cream Cheese 455gms
Method
For Filling:
1) Combine everything and whip together until smooth for 5 minutes
For Cake Batter:
1) Sift together salt, flour, baking powder and baking soda.
2) Cream together butter and granulated sugar until smooth.
3) Combine eggs, vanilla and cream cheese.
4) Add the egg mixture to the creamed mixture alternatively with the flour mixture in three stages, mixing on low speed.
5) Scale 155 gms cake batter into cake pan
6) Add 70 gms of the filling and cover with 155 gms of batter.
7) Bake at 180 degree until firm to touch for 40 minute.
8) Allow to cool slightly in the pan.
9) Unmold and cool completely on racks.
