Aster Medcity Celebrates International Day of Persons with Disability

KOCHI:
The Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PMR) Department of Aster Medcity celebrated the International Day of Persons with Disability highlighting inclusion. The event was digitally inaugurated by popular actress Aparna Das.

The main attraction of the event was the “Symphony of Abilities,” a beautiful musical performance staged by differently abled individuals. The celebration also featured various cultural events and games, including group dances, songs, and a prize distribution ceremony with a lucky draw.

A deeply moving segment included the sharing of heartfelt experiences by patients of the PMR Department, emphasizing the journeys of resilience. In a commitment to continuous support, the hospital announced plans to organize a patient get-together ‘ Sangamam’ once every two months.
