  • Asset Homes Announces Two New Housing Projects in Capital City

    THIRUVANANTHAPURAM:
    Builder major Asset Homes has announced the launch of two new housing projects in the capital city.

    The new projects are Asset Sovereign at Statue Junction and Asset Sunny Days at Peroorkada. They have been designed by incorporating state-of-the-art facilities and ensuring the outstanding Asset Quality Lifestyle. Along with the projects, Asset Homes presents an attractive triple offer, ‘Expect More, Save More’, to book the apartments.

    Asset Sovereign at Statue Junction has two-bedroom and three-bedroom luxury apartments. It consists of facilities such as swimming pool, air-conditioned fitness centre with world-class equipment, and well-designed children’s play area. Solar lights and ample green spaces are the other highlights of the project.

    Asset Sunny Days at Peroorkada offers two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments. Some of the facilities in the project include infinity swimming pool, multi-recreation hall with space for indoor games, children’s play area, well-equipped fitness centre, open theatre, open terrace party area and grand entrance lobby.

    The triple offer, ‘Expect More, Save More,’ has been introduced from December 20 to January 20 for those who wish to own the projects of Asset Homes before their launch. In Asset Sovereign project, there will be a discount of Rs 600/sq.ft and Asset Sunny Days has a discount of Rs 500/sq.ft through the offer.

    “Pre-launch offer is a golden opportunity for consumers, who expect more deductions, to shift to Asset Lifestyle profitably,” said V. Sunil Kumar, Managing Director, Asset Homes, while announcing the projects at a press conference here on Wednesday. He also added that the offer will be applicable for bookings till January 20. Sajeem. S, Marketing Head, Asset Homes, was also present on the occasion.

    The price variance as per the floors will not be applicable for bookings through the offer. Besides, Rs 1 lakh-worth furnishing will be given as gift. Bookings can be done by visiting the ‘Expect More, Save More’ pre-launch expo to be held in Apollo Dimora Hotel, Thampanoor, Thiruvananthapuram on December 29 and 30.
