

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM:
Acsia Technologies, a global leader in automotive software powering Digital Cockpits & Displays, e-Mobility, and Telematics will open their new global headquarters and research & development centre at the Embassy Taurus TechZone in Technopark Phase III, Thiruvananthapuram.
The official inauguration is scheduled for August 22, 2024, at 10:30 am. P Rajeeve, Minister for Industries, Law & Coir, Government of Kerala, will perform the honors while Kadakampally Surendran, Member of the Kerala Legislative Assembly and Former Minister will preside. Industries Principal Secretary APM Mohammed Hanish, IT Secretary Rathan U Kelkar, BMW Group veteran and Acsia strategic advisor Stefan Juraschek, Technopark CEO Col. Sanjeev Nair, KSUM CEO Anoop Ambika and Taurus Investment Holding India MD & CEO Ajay Prasad will be among the dignitaries on the occasion.
The new 1000-seater facility is a significant milestone for the decade-old business and allows sufficient room for growth for the next few years. The automotive technology industry is witnessing a revolution with e-mobility, software-defined vehicles, and connected cars becoming a reality. It offers tremendous opportunities for businesses like Acsia to partner with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) to define and develop solutions that enrich, engage, and secure driver and passenger experiences.

In conjunction with the inauguration, Acsia will host a Youth Connect program at the College of Engineering (CET), Thiruvananthapuram. Mr. Stefan Juraschek, a veteran of the BMW Group and Acsia’s Strategic Advisor, will interact with engineering students from leading colleges. The event, organized in collaboration with the Institute of Electronic and Electrical Engineers (IEEE) and the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) India, aims to inspire the next generation of engineers and innovators.
