As Antony was continuing the treatment at Kerala, a medical doctor was sent from UAE to Kerala to prepare the report and submit to the Court. The court ordered compensation of 22 lakh Dirham after examining the medical report.
The insurance company had given a appeal to the Supreme Court after the verdict of the Dubai Court. The Supreme Court upholds the verdict and ordered to pay the compensation.
