KOCHI: Leading fintech startup IVBM inaugurated its third office at ‘i by Infopark’, a premium co-working space in downtown Ernakulam. The facility was formally opened by thought leader Panakkad Syed Munavvarali Shihab Thangal.
IVBM, founded in 2021 with just two employees, has grown to a team of nearly 100 professionals, with around 10 per cent representing the specially-abled community.
Speaking at the event, K.S. Fazalu Rahman, India Operations Head, highlighted that ‘i by Infopark’—the country’s first neuro-diversity co-working space—was a key factor in choosing the location. The space has been operational at Ernakulam South Metro Station for the past one-and-a-half months.
Jafar Sadik, IVBM’s Founder and Managing Director, said the company offers services in business consultancy and setup support, accounting and audit, HR talent solutions, and technology development.
The event last week was addressed by Fahad Sarraj Al-Sharif Al-Qurashi (Government Relations Strategist for Gulf Countries), Ranjith Balan (former Technopark Director Board Member), legal expert Adv. Mohammed Shah, Amarnath Sankar (CEO, CAT Productions), and Adv. Sakkeer Huzain, including others.
A panel discussion followed, featuring CA Nahna Nazer, Akhila Sasidharan, Alna Salil and Shinimol, alongside specially-abled employee Shamsia Moideen, who is also pursuing Chartered Accountancy.
IVBM currently operates two other offices in Kerala—near Thykoodam Metro Station (Kochi) and Mannarkad (Palakkad)—and an international office in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
The company is committed to fostering an inclusive and employee-friendly environment, offering initiatives such as 50 per cent women representation in leadership, a nap room, a diverse library, menstrual leave, and coffee-chat sessions with prominent personalities from various fields.
