Infopark hosted a roadshow in the city ahead of the 33rd Convergence India expo in New Delhi this coming March. SmartFox Technologies emerged as the winner of a pitching session where select companies from the IT complex showcased their innovative business models.
Infopark CEO Susanth Kurunthil described Convergence India Expo as an initiative that plays a major role in attracting start-ups and companies with distinct ideas and product models. “Kerala is now putting forward an IT ecosystem that encourages innovation. In this context, Convergence India provides a great opportunity for companies from Kerala,” he added.
Others who spoke at the event in Kakkanad were Exhibitions India Group Director Dhruv Behl, Assistant General Manager Karun Saluja and the state government’s Trade Promotion and Investment Attraction Lead Strategist Prajeet Prabhakaran.
Participating companies included Aabasoft Technologies, Rextech Studios, PrimeCrown Technologies, SmartFox Technologies, and RoomSmart Technologies. The winner will receive a 9 sq. m. shell scheme booth, airfare, and complimentary accommodation at the 2026 expo. Midhul Joshi of Fuselage Innovations, which won the Startup Hub Pitch Competition award in the 32nd Convergence India Expo, presented the Kerala-based agri-tech company’s five-year growth story.
