Incheon Kia Wins Autocar India’s ‘Dealer of the Year’ Award

Incheon Kia has been awarded the prestigious ‘Dealer of the Year’ title by Autocar India, a leading automotive publication. At the award ceremony held in Mumbai, Incheon Kia’s Managing Director, Naeem Shahul, and Senior Vice President, Reji Varghese, received the award from Sachin Shilawat. Incheon Kia is a dealer that has won the Kia Global Best Dealership Award.

The ‘Dealer of the Year’ award is presented based on key performance indicators, including customer service standards, after-sales support, and dealership operations. Incheon Kia, the largest dealer of Kia in Kerala, operates nearly 20 facilities across ten districts, including sales showrooms, service centers, and certified pre-owned car outlets.

Incheon Kia, with a workforce of over 2,000 highly trained employees, was also recognized as a ‘Great Place to Work’ last year. All its showrooms have received ISO certifications for superior quality standards and environmentally friendly practices.

Incheon Kia’s outstanding performance has been recognized at both national and international levels through multiple awards. The dealership has received the prestigious Kia Innovator Award, a global recognition given to the top 25 Kia dealers worldwide. Additionally, Incheon Kia has repeatedly secured the No. 1 position in Sales, Service, and Customer Care awards among Kia India’s 450+ dealerships. Furthermore, in 2023, Incheon Kia won five Dealership Excellence Awards from the Federation of Automobile Dealers Association.
