The Second Phase of Vistaara Virtual Office Completed

KOCHI:
The second phase of Vistaara, virtual office space of Sreeniketana Group, with a space of 12,000 Sq Ft, at Canon Shed Road has been completed.

The virtual office has providing the facilities air conditioning, conference hall with a seating capacity for 30 , 12 persons, three-seater mini conference hall, elevator, facility to park 20 cars and 35 two-wheelers, free internet, Wi-Fi, telephone, reception, 24-hour generator, UPS, cafeteria.. . The first phase of the project was completed in January, 2019.

Environmental friendly facilities are arranged at Vistaara with a village atmosphere in the heart of Kochi city where the customers can work maintaining social distancing. It is a pollution free campus and there was no water logging during the recent floods. Vistaara is easily accessible from Boat Jetty, KSRTC Bus Stand, Metro Rail, Railway Station. It’s only 30 minutes drive from Cochin International Airport.

The offices are functioning with all the Covid -19 protocols including sanitizing in every week. The company plans to establish two more projects at other major towns with a working space of 25,000 Sq Ft in the next one year.

Malaysian Airlines, GIZ Smartcity, Quick Heal Technologies, Interglobe Technology Quotient, Carrier Air- conditioning and Refrigerator, SBI Cards, Quess Corp Limited and Rassolution are some of the customers of Vistaara.
