The Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM) is hosting a programme on Wednesday (January 22) to be addressed by trivago co-founder Rolf Schroemgens. At the KSUM’s newest edition of ‘Meet the Leader’, the ex-CEO of trivago will speak at the Startup Mission’s Integrated Startup Complex in Kalamassery here.
The event starts at 10.30 a.m. Headquartered in Dusseldorf, trivago was founded in 2005.
Schrömgens has been trivago’s Managing Director of Product, People & Culture since 2016, and occupies the same post Trivago GmbH since 2005. Prior to joining Trivago GmbH, he was the founder and vice-president (1999 to 2001) at consumer review website ciao.com. Schrömgens holds a Diploma in Management from Leipzig Graduate School of Management.
KSUM, as a 2006-founded nodal agency of the Kerala Government for entrepreneurship development and incubation activities in the state, undertakes planning, establishment and management of technology business incubators and accelerators so as to promote technology-based ventures by creating the infrastructure and environment.
