CHANGANASSERY:
The four-day silent fasting being organised by Janarogya Prasthanam aimed at saving food from poision and ban pesticides held at Changanassery CSI Youth Centre, Opposite Apsara Theatre, concluded on August 9.
The silent fast had been conducted at various parts of the State for the last 12 years. Renowned persons from various fields participated in the fast.
During the fast, classes were held on naturopathy, organic farming and issues related to environment. Classes on self treatment was conducted by yoga and naturopathy specialist Dr Jacob Vadakkanchery everyday.
