The lecture series cum workshop on natural health led by renowned naturopath from India, Dr Jacob Vadakkanchery, concluded here on Sunday.
Dr Vadakkanchery highlighted the importance of the internal cleansing of the human body through the adoption of a natural way of living and organic food. The 6-day health meet which opened on 14th November, included talks on nutrition, organic foods, detoxification and yoga.
