Cusat: National Conference at Legal Studies

Two day National Conference on ‘Insolvency and Bankruptcy’ will be organized by the School of Legal Studies, Cusat on 3 rd and 4 th November at Conference Hall, SLS. Dr. P. S Seema, Director, SLS will inaugurate the programme. Dr. A. M. Varkey, Former Director, SLS and Adv. Asish Mohan will speak. Different sessions on ‘Emerging trends in Corporate Insolvency’, ‘Role of Regulatory Agencies’, ‘Corporate Resolution under I and B Code, 2016’ etc. lead by famous resource persons will be the highlights of the programme.
