The Bengali food festival brings together authentic dishes and home recipes from the ‘land of foodies’. Revel in an explosion of subtle yet tantalising flavours one can only find on the colourful palate of Bengali cuisine.
Indulge in the lavish spread featuring a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian Bengali dishes. An exciting journey that starts with a live station with scrumptious Luchi, cholar dal, Ghoti gorom and fiery appetizers like Dimer devil, Fish, Chicken and Prawn cutlet, and Teli bhaja.
