Early Intervention Program for Children with Special Needs

KOCHI:
This unit of Jeevaniyam Ayurveda Hospital & Research Centre is designed to help the parents with challenged kid to have a scientific assessment, diagnosis and earliest interventions ( remedies and therapies) enabling to develop their delayed gross motor activities fine motor activities functional skills, cognitive levels and daily living skills. This unit is uniquely for children for children for age group 3- 7 with delayed milestones, Cerebral palsy, Autism and other intellectual disabilities. The program will be designed as a10 month course module and given in a scientific approach with one to one attention. This unit will be functioning from Monday to Friday 10 am to 12.30 pm as a regular pre-play school under expert in diverse fields of health and education.
The sessions will be covered on a periodic basis with assessments and goal setting. These sessions include speech and communicative therapy ,Individualized education program, Fine motor activities, sensory integration therapies, yoga and brain balancing exercises, music therapies, peer group interactions & social skill developments.
The main aim of this unit is to equip the child to lead a normal life and be part of inclusive education.
