As part of the Swachhata Pakhwada and Swachhata Pakhwada – 2018 a Flashmob on the theme ‘Cleanliness’ was performed by the students of School of Nursing, Cochin Port Trust at North End, Willingdon Island today (29.09.2018). A.V. Ramana, Deputy Chairman, C. Premakumari, Secretary, G. Vaidyanthan, Chief Engineer, K. Kunjali, Chief Mechanical Engineer, B. Bhagyanath, Financial Adviser and Chief Accounts Officer, Joseph J Alapatt, Deputy Conservator and Roy Thomas, Chief Medical Officer witnessed the programme along with the employees of the Port and nearby offices in Willingdon Island.
Drainages and Storm Water System repairing work was carried out at RNAS area and IC Engine Workshop area by Civil Engineering Department.
Cleaning activities were carried out in the office premises of Harbour Master and Dock Master by the employees of Marine Department.
