With less than a month until Christmas, VM Salgaocar Institute of International Hospitality Education (VMSIIHE) brought on the festive spirit with the traditional cake mixing ceremony to usher in the festive season. The aroma of dry fruits, spices and spirit mingling together spreads a warm feeling which announces that Christmas is round the corner.
Faculty and students lead by Prof. Irfan Mirza, Principal/Director gathered on this occasion to partake in the cake mixing ceremony.
