Vigilance Awareness Week at Cochin Port Trust

Vigilance Awareness Week was observed in Cochin Port Trust from 30th October to 4th November 2017.
Observance of Vigilance Awareness Week was inaugurated by A V Ramana, Dy. Chairman, Cochin Port Trust.
A workshop on the theme – “My Vision – Corruption Free India” was conducted by Michael Vetha Siromani, on 31st October, in which Dy. Chairman, Cochin Port Trust delivered the key note address. About 70 staff members of various departments of the Port participated in the Workshop. The Chief Guest highlighted the importance of eradication of corruption in various spheres of public life.
Integrity Pledge (including e-integrity pledge) was administered in various departments and divisions of the Port during the Week. Activities such as poster designing & essay competitions for school students, elocution & essay writing competitions for college students and employees of the Port were conducted during the Week. About 350 students from various schools and colleges attended the programmes.
A V Ramana, Dy. Chairman, Cochin Port Trust delivered the key note address during the valedictory function held on 4th November 2017. The prizes to award winners of various competitions were distributed by Dy. Chairman and Heads of Department during the function.
