Two Day National Trainers Summit Begins

KOCHI:
The two day National Trainers Summit  ‘Trainers 4 Tomorrow’; being organised by Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD), Jan Shikshan Sansthaan (JSS) under Ministry of Human Resources & Development, Govt. of India and T4Trainer.com, India’s premium portal to hire trainers/speakers under various domains, started at CUSAT International Seminar Complex today.
Inaugurating the Summit, CUSAT Vice Chancellor Dr J Letha said that the education of a student is complete when he realizes his ability and confidence. Education should not be considered as a footstep to obtain a job. 'Education will benefit a person only whenhe turns to the right track according to his ability. It is high time that Naipunya education is added to the curriculum of students. A person can attain a higher position in life only if he is ready to analyze his drawbacks and correct it. Students should take a more
practical approach and have the mentality to cooperate with the people from variouswalks of life, she added.
Diana Dentinger, Founder, Meaning of Life School, Italy, who delivered the keynote address said that an individual should have the ability to understand the strength of his life. Academic level achievement could be attained only through training.
Jose P Philip, President of ISTD Kochi Chapter, presided over the function. T4Trainer.com founder R Chandra Vadhana, JSS Director Satheesh Kumar and  ISTD Secretary Nirmala Lilly also participated.
Smita Tharoor, Founder & CEO, Tharoor Associates, UK; Harikrishnan, COO, KASE, Govt. of Kerala and  Vishnu V Nair IAS, Sub Collector, Tirunelveli, led the classes.
Sahaj International School co-founder Vijayaraja Mallika will speak on ’setting up of India’s first transgender school’ on Thursday. Dr Som Singh, Founder & CEO of Unspun Consulting Group will speak on ‘transforming India through digital education’. Dr L Radhakrishnan, IAS, CEO of Kerala State Innovation Council & ex-advisor to Chief Minister, and Dr Poulose Jacob, Cusat Pro Vice Chancellor will
participate at the valedictory function.
