For addressing complaints by passenger on board, Southern Railway will soon introduc
Senior Travelling Ticket Inspectors will be traversing the train as captains. All train manning staff and control offices will have mobile number of the captain for onboard redressal of complaints and arranging assistance to the needy. Three pairs of trains from state is identified by Southern Railway in this regard. They are Tr. No. 12624/12623, Thruvananthapuram Central – Chennai Central mail, Tr. No. 12696/12695 Thiruvananthapuram central – Chennai central superfast Express and Tr. No. 12602/12601, Mangaluru Central –Chennai Central Mail.
