The registration for RSC Summer Coaching Camp, the biggest summer camp in India, begins on Monday, the 29ft March 2021, onwards. All precautions have been taken to maintain Covid-19 protocol prescribed by the governrnent when the public comes for registration. All playingg area will be sanitized periodically after the ccmpletion of each session.
S. Suhas, District Collector, Ernakulam & Chairman of RSC will inaugurate the Camp on Wednesday, the 7th April 2021 at 4 pm. Coaching is imparted in 24 disciplines of sports & games and 5 activities, in the world-classs infrastructure of Regional Sports Centre, Cochin from 7th April, the day after the Assembly Elections in Kerala, 28th May, 2021 Children in the age group of 4 to t6 are eligible for the camp. The sports rnedicine Deparlment of Medical Trust Hospital will provide medical support during the camp. There was no Surnmer Coaching Camp last year in RSC. RSC Summer Coaching Camp attract more than 3000 trainees every year.
The Disciplines in which coaching will be given are: Aerobics, Badminton, Basketball, Billiards & Snooker, Boxing Chess, Cricket, Cycling Golf Fencing Football, Kalari, Karate, Kick Boxing Kung fu, Rifle Academy, Skating Sporty Beans, Table Tennis, Taekrrondo, Tennis, , Volleyball, Wrestling Yoga, Crazy Creations, Dance Workshop, Personality Development, Drama & Theater Workshop, Handwriting Improvement, Stem Education using Robotics etc.
