ted as the Chair and Co-Chair of the chapter respectively.
Priya is the founder and Managing Director of Dream Flower Housing Projects Private Limited. Dreamflower is a decade old brand in Kerala realty sector that is continuing its successful journey forward with on time handing over of 40 projects. The brand focuses on delivering Premium Utility Apartments at a cost effective rate, at the fastest pace within the heart of the city. Priya is a postgraduate in Business Administration from School of Management Studies, Cochin University. A visionary leader, Priya takes care of the projects and operations management of the company. She has been recognized by the Times of India Group and Kerala 
Kalakendra for her excellence in the field of real estate She has been associated with Young Indians (Kochi Chapter) in various capacities in the past, including the Co-Chair for 2016-17.
Felix is the Managing Partner to the KA Felix & Co, a leading firm of Cost & Management Accountants. He is a Fellow member of Institute of Cost Accountants of India with more than 14 years experience in practice. He was the Chairman of Cochin Chapter of Cost Accountants. KA Felix & Co is a firm of practicing Cost Accountants providing various sorts of Management Consulting and Business Support services since 2002.. He has been associated with Young Indians (Kochi Chapter) in various capacities in the past, and has led important verticals of the chapter.
