    • Kochi to Host Credai State Conference

    KOCHI:
    The two day State level conference of Credai will be held at Hotel Le Meridian on 25 th and 26 th of this month. Over 200 professional developers from Thiruvananthapuram, Kochi, Thrissur, Palakkad and Kozhikode chapters will be participating in this conference. The theme for the conference is “Responsible and Sustainable credaiDevelopment”.
    KPMG is the knowledge partners for the Conference. An MoU between Credai Kerala and KPMG to study the significance of Real Estate for the growth of Kerala economy will be signed on this occasion. KPMG will be represented by Jayeshkariya, Neeraj Bhansal, Sachin Menon and Ashutosh Kapoor for the conference sessions.
    During the two days, various technical sessions and panel discussions will be held and the topics include – Ease of Doing Business, impact of GST and Real Estate Regulatory Act on the building industry, Safety and Skilling in Construction Sector, Project Cost controls, Role of IT in online approvals, etc. Additional Chief Secretary Labour Tom Jose, Law Secretary B G Harindranath, Principal Secretary LSGD T K Jose, Secretary Information Technology Sivasankar and Dr. M. Beena, Managing Director, KSIDC will also
    address the conference on the above topics.
