Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd., one of India’s leading paint companies organised a Cyclathon today to commemorate the second anniversary of the Swacch Bharat Mission which was launched on this day in 2014.
Over 100 individuals which included team members from Kansai Nerolac Paints, dealers, painters, contractors, school students, teachers and government officials were part of this Cyclathon in Goa.
The cyclathon was flagged off from Chubby Cheeks, Spring Valley High School, Bardez and covered a circular route of 4 km before finishing at the school itself. This was followed by a painting of the premises of the school with inspirational messages in vibrant colours.
Speaking about the initiative, Anuj Jain, Director, Decorative Kansai Nerolac Paint Ltd said, “We are very proud to partner with dealers, painters, contractors, school students and civic officials to promote health and cleanliness through the unique concept of a Cyclathon. At Kansai Nerolac, it is our endeavour to provide our future generations with a healthy and beautiful world and it makes me very happy to be able to associate with a local school and make a difference in the lives of numerous school children by gifting them a colourful school environment decorated with Kansai Nerolac Paints.
