HDFC Realty, will assist in reducing the gap in the understanding of the requirements under the new Act. Through this unique initiative, the company assures each and every broker, the proper guidance in collating the required documents, getting necessary approvals, etc., in order to get the registration done in time so as to continue their practice without any hindrances. HDFC Realty will also address the main query of the real estate agents on how the new rules will be executed.
