    • Federal Bank Introduces Robotics at Koramangala Branch Bangalore

    Federal Bank introduced a Robot working on Artificial Intelligence to man its ‘May I help you’ counter at its newly shifted branch Koramangala at Bangalore. Being a technologically advanced Bank, it introduced this innovation to help its customers to a delightful experience. The Robot answers queries, welcomes customers to the Branch, guides them to the right counter and introduces them to the appropriate staff mentioning their name and Photographalso explains various Banking products to the customers.
    The Koramangala Branch of the Bank was shifted yesterday to a lush new premise. The New premises were inaugurated by Jahanzeb Akhtar, Income Tax commissioner in a solemn function held on 3rd April 2017. The function was presided over by Shyam Srinivasan, MD & CEO in the presence of Sampth D, CGM & Network 2 Head, Nandakumar V, DGM & Zonal Head, Rathish R, AGM & Regional Head and Predeep K, AGM & Branch Head.
    The occasion also witnessed the Bank donating a vehicle to ‘Akshya Patra Foundation’, a non- profit organization, as a gesture of goodwill and social responsibility. The Bank, as part of its ‘Go Green’ mission, distributed tree saplings to all the attendees at the venue.
    This event saw overwhelming participation from the customers and well-wishers.
