KOCHI:
Dr. K N Madhusoodanan has assumed charge as the 14 th Vice Chancellor of Cochin University of Science and Technology.
Addressing the gathering including media persons on the occasion, the Vice Chancellor said that his aim would be
to lead the University to higher ranks in the national and international level without jeopardizing its academic inheritance.
“Efforts will be made to make CUSAT more visible internationally, through increased collaborations with leading Universities and experts worldwide. In tune with the emerging tendency to link academic and economic activities, necessary steps will be taken to design curriculum and projects so as to develop entrepreneurship among students and to convert research findings into products and patents”, Dr. Madhusoodanan added.
