As part of a voter awareness initiative highlighting the importance of exercising one’s franchise, a flash mob and pledge-taking ceremony were organised at the Infopark Phase One campus. The programme was conducted under the aegis of SVEEP (Systematic Voters’ Education and Electoral Participation) in association with Progressive Techies, a collective of employees at Infopark.
District Collector G. Priyanka and Assistant Collector Parvathy Gopakumar interacted with IT employees during the event. The District Collector emphasised that voting is both a fundamental right and a responsibility of every citizen who believes in democracy. District Collector also administered the Voters’ Pledge to all professionals present. This was followed by a flash mob organised by Progressive Techies.
Infopark CEO Susanth Kurunthil and Infopark AGM- Administration Sajith N G were also present.
