KOCHI:
Credai Property Expo, the biggest and most trusted home buying festival of Kerala, starts on December 16 at JN International Stadium, Kaloor.
The magnificent event, loved and followed by hundreds of home buyers and realty enthusiasts across the state, will be inaugurated by Ernakulam, District Collector, K Mohammed Y Safirulla, at 10.30 am. Credai officials and other dignitaries will take part in the inaugural function.
The three days exhibition will be open to public from 10 am to 8 pm on December 16, 17 & 18. The Property Expo which highlights the theme ‘Home Crafted for Life’ will showcase over 100 projects scattered across various locations in Kochi as well as the state by reputed Credai Builders.
What makes Credai Property Expo unique is its adherence to quality and stringent norms, which ensure safe buy for the customers. Moreover, the recent trends in the economy have a bundle of things in favor of the home buyer, making it an ideal time to buy a home. Apart from the builders, four major financial institutions are also participating in the expo providing easy home loans at lower interest rates to home buyers.
