Around twenty children from Ernakulum Balikaram convent school along with Oberon group chairman M.M Muhammad, Flora airport hotel executive chef Roy Pothan and Pastry Chef U.A Sakheer prepared the mix for Christmas cake in the ceremony which was inaugurated by Hibi Eden MLA. The children were found really excited to do the task as per the instructions of the chefs.
“The cake worth 1000 kg contains no preservatives and all the ingredients having green one quality are imported from abroad. “said M.M Muhammad. The cake will be available at Oberon and Flora from December first week.
