Amrita Civil Service Academy to Launch Basics Summer Course for IAS Aspirants

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM:
With a view to building a strong base in language and communication skills, the primary attributes for success in the Civil Service examinations, the Amrita Civil Service Academy (ACSA) is set to launch its first Foundation Plus programme from May 2.
The programme mainly aims at improving English language proficiency and communication skills among under-graduates, graduates and post-graduates who aspire to become the country’s future diplomats and administrative officials.
Besides honing communicative skills, the programme concentrates on personality development and introduces the participants to the Civil Service examinations. The month-long programme will be helmed by experts from various fields.
With the number of Civil Service applicants from
Kerala increasing every year, the foundation programme of the ACSA is expected to provide a solid foundation for those attempting to crack the most competitive examination in the country.
