Ticket Sales Open for Calicut FC Match on Sept 10

The ticket sales for the inaugural match of Calicut FC on Tuesday, 10th September has commenced. Public can now purchase all categories of tickets online through Paytm Insider App to watch the home team Calicut FC play against Thiruvanthapuram Kombans. The match will kick off under floodlights at 7.00 pm at the renovated Kozhikode Municipal Corporation Stadium. An early bird discount is being offered.

Calicut FC’s 25 member team was introduced to the public on September 1st at the Kozhikode beach at a mega launch function attended by over 25,000 fans braving heavy rains. Internationally acclaimed Ian Andrew Gillan is the head coach and Biby Thomas Muttath, the head coach of Kerala Santosh Trophy 2024-25, is the assistant coach of Calicut FC.

The five league matches of Calicut FC at their home stadium are as under.
Sep 10th: Calicut FC vs Thiruvananthapuram Kombans
Sep 18th : Calicut FC vs Kochi Forca FC
Sep 24th : Calicut FC vs Thrissur Magic FC
Sep 28th : Calicut FC vs Kannur Warriors FC
Oct 12th : Calicut FC vs Malappuram FC

Super League Kerala will kick off on September 7 at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, Kochi. The two month-long tournament will be played across four centres – Kochi, Kozhikode, Manjeri and Thiruvananthapuram. EMS Municipal Corporation stadium at Kozhikode, the home ground of Calicut FC, will feature the largest number of matches, 11 out of the total of 33 matches, including the first semi-final on November 5th. The finals will be played in Kochi on November 10th.
