Tata Housing Development Company (THDC), one of India’s leading real estate development companies, announced its pan India festive campaign ‘Right Home, Right Now’. the Designed keeping in mind customer expectations such as low interest rates against the backdrop of economic slowdown amid the second wave of the pandemic, the campaign will focus on easing the buying journey of the home buyer to provide a grand home buying experience with unique offers.
Launching on the first day of the auspicious festival of Navratri – “Right Home, Right Now” enables customers to pay only 0.99% flat interest rate for a period of 1 year, with the rest being borne by Tata Housing. As a part of the festive delight, Tata Housing has also created a ‘RIGHT HOME RIGHT NOW ZONE’ on site, where the customer will receive a gift voucher of up to 3 Lakh depending on the property, post the booking. The voucher would be issued post payment of 10% & registration of property. In addition to this the customer would receive a cashback on booking amount of up to 2 Lakh.
The campaign is extended across 15 Tata Housing projects with ready- to- move- in (RTMI) and under construction properties across 8 cities namely: Mumbai, Pune, Goa, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kochi, Delhi NCR, Kasauli, . The scheme will be applicable till 28 th November 2021.
The scheme was launched through a PAN India Channel Partner meet with 2000 channel partners from across the world who will be participating in the campaign to help home buyers get the best of amenities with large spaces at an unmatched cost. The current festive season is a perfect time for home buyers to visit TATA Housing projects to take advantage of incredible discounts, ensuring that they get a grand home buying experience.
