Seminar on Ramasangalp in Kerala at Cusat

KOCHI:
Department of Hindi in Cochin University of Science and Technology organises three day national seminar on the subject ‘Ramasangalpa in Kerala’.
Dr. Anil Vallathol, Vice Chancellor of University of Malayalam will inaugurate the function on Thursday 24th May, at CUSAT Seminar Complex at 10.00 AM. The contemporary relevance of Rama story in the cultural literal scenario in Kerala will be discussed during the seminar.
Dr. P.G.Sankaran, Pro Vice Chancellor will preside over the function and Prof. M. K. Sanu, Dr. K. Jayakumar IAS (Rtd.), Former PSC Chairman Dr. K. S. Radhakrishnan, Former Vice Chancellor Kerala Kalamandalam Dr. K. G. Paulose, Famous Writer C. Radhakrishnan, Falklore expert Dr. Raghavan Payyanad, Director Folkland Dr. Jayaraj, Famous Play writer and Director Chandradasan, Registrar, Kerala Kalamandalam Dr. N. R. Gramaprakash, Sangeetha Vithushi Prof. Jayalakshmi, Thullal Artist Kalamandalam Prabhakaran will participate. As part of the seminar the Koodiyattam, Tholpavakoothu, Ramaleela, Poorakaly etc will be staged.
