KOZHIKODE:
Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIMK), in association with Reserve Bank of India Thiruvananthapuram, will host a Seminar on the ‘Role of private remittances in the socio-economic scenario of Kerala’ in its Kozhikode campus on June 25, 2016 from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm which is open to all.
The Seminar will be inaugurated by S M N Swamy, Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India and will be graced by distinguished speakers who will share their views on the state’s current and future socio-economic situation. Confirmed speakers include C.R. Sasikumar, Managing Director, State Bank of Travancore, Prof Irudaya Rajan of CDS Thiruvananthapuram, R.S. Kannan, CEO of NORKA Roots, and Dr V K Vijayakumar, Retired Professor of Economics, Sree Krishna College, Guruvayoor. Other eminent experts from Government, financial sector, RBI and IIM will also participate in the deliberations.
