Rail Renewal Work: Trains to be Regulated

KOCHI:
Railways is taking up Rail renewal work of Kottayam section, in a phased manner. The work involves placing of new rails, removal of existing ones, fixing of new ones and welding of them.
From 25th February to 18th March 2017, rail renewal in Kuruppanthara-Kottayam section will be taken up on Mondays Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays during the period. Following Train services will be detained in the section for this safety related work and likely to suffer a delay of 15 minutes to 85 minutes.
