  • QuEST Global’s Trivandrum Center Appraised at CMMI Dev V2.0 Maturity Level 5

    THIRUVANANTHAPURAM:
    QuEST Global, a global product engineering and lifecycle services company, today announced that its Trivandrum center had been successfully assessed and appraised at CMMI Dev V2.0Maturity Level 5.Thisappraisal demonstrates QuEST’s strong commitment towards process maturity, delivery excellence, service quality, and business sustainability journey. It will enable the organization to win an extended trust with its customers, get more business, and deliver the best solutions with optimized performance. The recognition will also allow the company to benchmark its processes and practices against the global ‘Best in Class’ organizations.

    By achieving CMMI Dev V2.0 Maturity Level 5, QuEST has reaffirmed that it has a mature and focused approach towards developing, testing, and improving the delivery and performance of engineering software for its customers. This also helps QuEST identify the key capabilities that directly impact business results, quality, and performance to reduce costs and improve the ability to deliver innovative software solutions to customers. As the next step, the company will aim to get their other centers appraised at CMMI Dev V2.0Maturity Level 5 soon.

    The CMMI benchmark appraisal on QuEST’s Medical Devices and Automotive Delivery Units was performed by KPMG in India, which is a transition partner with CMMI Institute. The CMMI model evaluates an organization based on the processes being used to drive business growth, how the organization is streamlined for efficiency, and drive continual improvement, among other parameters. CMMI Dev 2.0 Maturity Level 5 is the highest level of process maturity that independently verifies an organization’s capabilities to continuously enhance its processes through incremental and innovative process and technological improvements. Maturity Level 5 affirms the organization’s ability to manage the sub-processes to achieve process and business objectives statistically.
