Thiruvananthapuram: The brother of Nimisha alias Fathima, the Malayali woman dental student who is suspected to have joind the Islamic State(IS) is working for India’s elite National Security Guard( NSG).
The NSG is a force specially equipped and trained to deal with specific situations related to security.
Nimisha, a native of Thiruvananthapuram converted to Islam while studying at a dental college in Kasargod. She got married to Eeza, another convert to Islam, during the final year of their BDS course at Century International Institute of Dental Science at Poinachi in Kasargod district on November 11, 2015.
Her mother Bindu complained to Kerala Chief Minister that there has not been any communication from her daughter since June 3.
